Work experience
Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2010, Roberta worked as patent attorney for other important firms since 2002.

Professional focus
Roberta has an extensive practice in drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter and experience of handling oppositions proceedings before the European Patent Office.  

Roberta also developed a broad practice in design matters in various Countries. She has been involved in patent and copyright litigations in Italy and abroad and provides tailored strategic and practical advices to all IP related needs.


Areas of expertise
Roberta handles mainly patents related to engineering matter and has particular experience in the fields of burners, heating and ventilation equipment, materials and materials technology, automotive brake systems, tyre manufacturing processes.
