Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2010, Roberta worked as a patent attorney for other major Italian IP firms beginning in 2002.

Professional focus
Roberta has an extensive practice drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter. She also has extensive experience handling opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office.  
Roberta has developed a significant practice in design matters in various countries. She has been involved in patent and copyright litigations in Italy and abroad and provides tailored strategic and practical advices on all IP-related needs.

Areas of expertise
Roberta mainly works on patents related to engineering subject matter and has particular experience in the areas of burners, heating and ventilation equipment, materials and material technology, automotive brake systems, and tyre-manufacturing processes.
