Work experience
Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2004, Matteo worked since 2003 in the Customer Care Area of EdisonTel dealing with trouble shooting and problem solving on data and phone networks.

Professional focus
Matteo has an extensive practice in drafting and prosecuting Italian and European patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter, he handles a broad spectrum of subject matter in the electronic, telecommunication and information technology fields and has a practice also in filing and prosecuting Italian and Community Design applications and registering Italian copyright.
A further focus of Matteo’s work is related to technical opinions on patentability, patent revocation and interference and is involved in patent litigation in Italy.

Areas of expertise
Matteo’s core expertise is in the area of electronics, telecommunications and information technology, relating in particular to mobile communication devices, computer graphics, digital image, cryptography, microelectronics, interactive television systems, computer-implemented inventions.
Matteo also handles further technical matters, among which control system based on mathematical algorithm, business method, linear displacement sensors, electrical motors, gymnastic machines and packaging machines.
