Work experience
Bob recently joined J&P as a U.S. patent law consultant after working as an intellectual property attorney in New York for nearly 14 years. In New York Bob’s practice encompassed all areas of patent law including management of clients’ patent portfolios, patent procurement and patent litigation.  

Professional focus
Bob’s practice includes numerous projects involving due diligence, opinion-writing and counseling on complex legal and technical issues as well as a wide variety of transactional matters.

Although specializing primarily in life science, his experience includes a wide variety of technology-driven companies and universities.
