Valeria joined Jacobacci & Partners in November 2005, just after graduating. 

Professional focus
Valeria has a good practice in drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter, as well as in prosecuting national patent applications outside Europe, in particular in the United States. Valeria handles subject-matter in the electrical, electronic, telecommunication and light engineering fields, including optics, software patents and internet-related issues. She has also been involved in opposition before the European Patent Office, as well as in patent litigation in Italy.
