Work experience
Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2000, Davide worked as Software Application Engineer at Tecnomatix, developing manufacturing process management software and product lifecycle management software. 
As a patent attorney, Davide has been representing and advising clients ranging from research institutions to physical persons, from SMEs to multinational companies.

Professional focus
Davide has an extensive practice in drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter, as well as in prosecuting national patent applications outside Europe, in particular in the United States, in China and in Japan. 
Davide has also been involved in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, as well as in patent litigation in Italy and Germany. 

Areas of expertise
Davide handles mainly engineering matter and has particular experience in the fields of vehicle suspension systems, automotive and industrial transmissions, vehicle brake systems, aircraft equipment, machine tools, robotics, power generation systems, bicycle equipment and car safety equipment.
