IPRs are often grossly under-valued when written into the budget. Whether they are patents, trade marks, designs or other forms of innovation, portfolios entrusted to Jacobacci are appraised and valued including through examinations and assessment by its experts (court experts and experts recognised by the courts) each one being a registered member of their country’s IPR Consultant Association.
This may prove appropriate, if not necessary, in the event of exceptional circumstances such as the sale of a business or a branch which has fiscal consequences.

Jacobacci can also offer its support in the case of financial projects when a portfolio of IPRs is temporarily assigned or offered as a guarantee to gain access to credit lines (e.g. sale and leaseback or securitisation).
