All time limits before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi -UIBM) have officially been suspended from 23 February 2020 to 15 **May** 2020, while the European Union Office for Intellectual Property (EUIPO) has further extended until 18 May 2020 all time limits expiring between 9 marzo and 17 May 2020, without distinction.

The European Patent Office (EPO) also published a Notice extending the terms. Periods expiring on or after 15 March 2020 will be extended to **2 June 2020**. Please feel free to [contact us](https://www.jacobacci.com/en/contacts) for further clarifications.
