Fabiola began her career at the Licensing Department of SmithKline & Beecham, Milan. She then built on this experience by joining a major IP firm in Milan before joining Jacobacci in 2002. Fabiola has worked with all aspects of trademark law and non-contentious issues, assisting both domestic and foreign clients.
Fabiola has extensive experience in brand selection, portfolio management, IP due diligence, enforcement and advisory work for clients.
She is particularly experienced in prosecution work and oppositions filed before the EUIPO. She also has broad experience in coordinating trademark litigation for clients throughout Europe, the U.S.A. and Asia.

Fabiola manages the worldwide trademark portfolios of prominent Italian companies operating in a range of sectors, including fashion, food, automotive, pharmaceuticals, personal care products, and toys. Her clients also include small and medium-sized companies.
Her primary activity includes trademark clearance, filing and prosecution both before the Italian and European Trademark Office (EUIPO), as well as oppositions and negotiations of settlement and coexistence agreements. Fabiola also advises her clients on infringement and unfair competition matters, and coordinates the worldwide enforcement of a number of prominent trademarks, cooperating closely with local attorneys at law. She has acquired comprehensive knowledge of legal and practical issues relating to trademark enforcement throughout the world.
