Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2012, Nadia worked as a patent specialist in the Intellectual Property Department of a biomedical company, where she gained experience in therapeutic and diagnostic technologies for the treatment of cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease. In addition, Nadia has worked as a patent attorney for a high-technology cable company, where she became very familiar with systems related to energy and telecommunications.
Nadia has experience drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications concerning biotechnological and mechanical subject-matter. In addition, she has been involved in numerous freedom-to-operate analyses and has drafted non-infringement and invalidity opinions. Nadia also has experience in worldwide protection of models and designs.

Nadia mainly works on engineering matters and has particular experience in the areas of medical devices, energy cables, optical fiber cables and telecommunication equipment.
