Professional activities:
Andrea joined Jacobacci in 2010, dealing with coordination and adaptation of the Company Organization and the management of the departments’ operational processes. In these areas, as a member of the Executive Committee, he is in charge of managing operational activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Andrea proposes and defines the corporate organization model in alignment with the general context and the overall strategy. He determines Career Plans, Training plans and Incentive systems. He defines and optimizes the operational processes of the departments, promoting the adoption of new tools and new features. He ensures the best functionality and efficiency between professionals and departments, taking care of skills, tools and sizing, collaborating with the Office managers and with the support structures. He supervises the operational management of Human Resources at foreign offices.
