Andrea De Stefano

Work experience

Andrea started her work experience in 1998 at the multinational Ernst & Young and developed a solid background in auditing financial statements of listed and unlisted companies and in corporate strategy consulting. Since 2015, he has been doing this work independently and has gained several years of experience as CFO. He currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Jacobacci & Partners S.p.A. Group.

Professional focus

Throughout his professional life, Andrea has worked with national and international clients, from small companies to large multinationals, operating in a wide range of sectors.
He has held various roles and responsibilities and has always maintained that the CFO, in addition to managing the finance and control area, must be a strategic partner to management in driving financial and operational success and value creation.

Areas of expertise

He has always been passionate about business processes, international accounting standards, taxation and economic valuations of companies and specific assets, in particular trademarks, patents and software. He has many years of experience in M&A transactions, reorganisation of administrative and financial processes and facilitated corporate finance. 
He supports the shareholders' corporate strategy by collaborating cross-functionally with all corporate areas and functions. Supervises and optimises corporate and group cash flow. Manages various types of risk by maintaining robust internal control and financial reporting processes.
