All time limits before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi -UIBM) have officially been suspended from 23 February 2020 to 15 May 2020, while the European Union Office for Intellectual Property (EUIPO) has further extended until 18 May 2020 all time limits expiring between 9 marzo and 17 May 2020, without distinction.
The European Patent Office (EPO) also published a Notice extending the terms. Periods expiring on or after 15 March 2020 will be extended to 2 June 2020. Please feel free to contact us for further clarifications.
