Beatrice Pisciella

Work experience

After completing her law degree at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Beatrice began her career in tax consultancy at one of the Big Four firms. At the same time, Beatrice also gained a second-level Master’s degree in Fashion and Luxury Law from the Federico Stella School of Criminal Justice, gaining in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory dynamics of the luxury and fashion markets. As a result of this specialisation, Beatrice decided to venture into the world of industrial property, joining Jacobacci in January 2026 at the Milan office.

Professional focus

Beatrice works closely with the Partners on trademark management, handling tasks ranging from the preliminary phase of conducting prior research, strategic analysis and assessing registrability requirements, through to the post-registration stages. Beatrice handles the opposition phase, assisting in the drafting of submissions to be filed with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) or the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Through this work, Beatrice constantly enriches and expands her technical and legal expertise in the field of industrial property.

Beatrice supports partners in managing brand portfolios for a diverse client base, which includes small and medium-sized Italian businesses and leading international companies. She advises companies operating across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on the fashion and luxury and food and beverage industries.
