Camilla worked as a trademark attorney at the Finpatent IP firm in Venice before joining Jacobacci in 2008. She has acquired considerable experience in all aspects of trademark law, representing both Italian and foreign clients

Camilla has worked since 1999 in the field of IP consultancy and has acquired the ability and knowledge to represent, assist and advise clients in all trademark-related matters. 
Over the years Camilla has developed significant experience in clearance and pre-filing advice, and filing, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks, both before the Italian and European Trademark Office (EUIPO). Camilla has significant experience handling oppositions before the EUIPO as well as in negotiating out-of-court settlement and coexistence agreements. Camilla coordinates with local agents of different countries in the development of anti-counterfeiting strategies, particularly in strategies developed with trademark attorneys in China.

Camilla manages the trademark portfolios of companies operating in the fields of fashion, foodstuffs, wine, distribution, lighting and machinery, with the goal of acquiring optimum territorial and product protection of her clients’ brands.
Her activity includes trademark clearance, filing of national, Community and International trademarks, prosecution of applications, and handling oppositions before the EUIPO, IPTO and national offices, through collaboration with local agents. She is also frequently involved in the negotiation of out-of-court settlement and coexistence agreements.
