Work experience
After having completed her traineeship at a law firm in Modena specializing in civil and commercial law, Chiara worked for several years in two firms specialized in IP, where she acquired and refined her professional skills, managing administrative proceedings and out-of-court settlements concerning trademark and design matters.
Chiara joined Jacobacci in July 2020 in Turin.
Professional focus
Chiara has a solid experience in trademark preliminary search and pre-filing advice; filing, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (IPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and, with the cooperation of local attorneys, before national foreign trademark Offices.
She has a good experience in procedures, in particular oppositions, before UIBM and EUIPO, on behalf of Italian and foreign clients, and she has also developed significant knowledge in settlement negotiations.

Chiara currently manages trademark portfolios of Italian and foreign small and medium companies operating in different fields and she cooperates with Senior Partners in managing trademark portfolios of well-known Italian and foreign companies operating in the field of cosmetics, fashion, automotive, food and pharmaceuticals.
