Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2000, Christian worked as a Research Fellow with a focus on optical and x-ray characterization of materials for optoelectronics.
As a patent attorney Christian has represented and advised clients including academic and research institutions, highly specialized local companies and multi-national corporations.

Christian has an extensive practice drafting and prosecuting European, Italian and International patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter. He also has experience handling opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office.
He regularly provides technical opinions on legal issues, including non-infringement, invalidity and freedom-to-operate opinions.
