Work experience
Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2019, Ludovico started the Patent Attorney traineeship in a IP law boutique based in Milano, and gained industry experience working as a Design Engineer in a metalworking company with focus on exterior and interior design furniture.

Ludovico has practice in drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter. Moreover, he is connected with professionals based abroad to manage the prosecution of International patent applications, mainly in USA and China. Furthermore, under the supervision of expert colleagues, he produces prior art searches, strategic advice on patentability and freedom-to-operate analysis.
