Work experience

After graduating with a Master's degree in Law in June 2022, Micol collaborated for several years with a Turin-based firm specializing in intellectual property. There, she had the opportunity to develop and refine her professional skills, managing administrative procedures and resolving disputes related to trademarks and designs. Micol joined Jacobacci in January 2025 at the Turin office.

Professional focus

Micol developed solid experience in trademark and design management. She handled clearance searches and preliminary assessments for the availability of trademarks or designs, defining filing strategies. She manages the prosecution and maintenance of trademark rights with both the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She also collaborates with local agents for procedures with foreign Trademark Offices. She possesses considerable expertise in opposition proceedings before the UIBM and EUIPO, assisting both Italian and international clients.

Micol provides support in managing trademark portfolios for small and large Italian and foreign companies operating in various sectors, including fashion, pharmaceutical, tobacco, food & beverage, and automotive.
