Nadia Gualeni

Work experience

Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2012, Nadia worked as a patent specialist in the Intellectual Property Department of a biomedical company, where she gained experience in therapeutic and diagnostic technologies for the treatment of cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease. In addition, Nadia has worked as a patent attorney for a high-technology cable company, where she became very familiar with systems related to energy and telecommunications.

Professional focus
Nadia has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in many mechanical fields, as well as in protection of industrial designs and models in Italy and abroad. Nadia has years of experience in litigation, on patents and models, in Italy and abroad, as well as in opposition procedures at the EPO.

Areas of expertise
Nadia mainly works on engineering matters in various mechanical sectors and has particular experience in the areas of medical devices, coffee capsules, packaging, valves and mechanical components in general.
