Work experience
In 2007, after graduating in Mechanical Engineering, Omar began his work experience in the R&D department of Euroform Industries, dealing with production processes of automotive components, in particular with molds for cold forging.
Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2018, Omar worked at another Intellectual Property Firm since 2008.
Professional focus
Omar has an extensive practice drafting and prosecuting Italian, European and International patent applications. He is also experienced in drafting and prosecuting Italian and Community Design applications. His experience includes prior-art searches, validity and patentability opinions, non-infringement opinions, EPO opposition proceedings, and litigations.
