Work experience
Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2021, Valeria worked as university researcher for many years, obtaining a double Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino and in Sport Sciences at the Jyväskylä University.
During this time, Valeria obtained scientific publications in international journals, joint national and international congresses as presenter, and worked as reviewer for some international journals in the mechanical and biomedical engineering fields.
In addition, she dealt with research projects development and coordination. Finally, Valeria worked as teaching assistant in university courses of Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering.

As a patent engineer, Valeria collaborates with senior partners in meeting and advising clients, mainly in the mechanical and biomedical field, ranging from research institutions and universities to deeply specialized companies with a strong attitude for innovation.
