Gender Equality PolicyWe obtained certification for gender equality in 2023, implementing an inclusive policy both internally and with business partners. We have defined and implemented a management system in accordance with the reference practice UNI/PdR 125:2022 ‘Guidelines on the Management System for Gender Equality’, establishing a Steering Committee that guarantees, values and protects diversity and ensures equal opportunities in the workplace.

In December 2025, we have obtained confirmation of the bronze medal by EcoVadis, the most important international sustainability rating platform. This result places us in the top 35% of companies certified by EcoVadis and is a tangible sign of our daily commitment to promoting increasingly sustainability-oriented gestures, habits and behaviour. We consider this result not as a point of arrival, but as a stage in a path of continuous improvement, which pushes us to constantly introduce new initiatives related to sustainability and ESG.
In 2025, Jacobacci & Partners Torino began the journey to become ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, with the aim of adopting a robust Information Security Policy to protect data and systems throughout all business processes. The achievement of this certification is to affirm our commitment to regulatory compliance, risk management and the integration of security into operational processes. A concrete step on our path of continuous improvement and protection of information.
In 2025, we obtained Synesgy certification, which assesses the level of ESG sustainability within the supply chain, achieving an ESG score of B, which certifies a good level of sustainability. This achievement complements the EcoVadis certification we have already obtained and further strengthens our ongoing commitment to sustainable development.
