Now in its 147th edition, this year’s event dedicated to Intellectual Property will take place in San Diego, California. Alongside more than 10,000 intellectual property professionals from around the world, we will engage in stimulating discussions, knowledge sharing, and business development activities. This will be a unique opportunity to delve into the most current industry topics, explore new perspectives, and strengthen our professional network. San Diego, with its dynamic network of industries, forward-thinking companies, and ever-evolving startup ecosystem, will provide the perfect setting for inspiration and meaningful exchanges on future challenges. It will be a valuable moment to discuss the latest developments and share best practices in the trademark sector, actively contributing to the global conversation on intellectual property protection. The trademark and IP ecosystem is built on international collaboration, long-standing partnerships, and a strong sense of solidarity. Brand Action channels these values into meaningful support when peace, stability, or sovereignty are under threat. As part of this effort, Brand Action is currently supporting World Central Kitchen’s Climate Disaster Fund and collaborating with *Juntos por la Vida* to purchase a school bus for children in Benin—promoting access to education and rights awareness—while also contributing to humanitarian aid transport for Ukraine.   By supporting Brand Action, we affirm our belief that intellectual property is not only about protecting ideas—it’s also about standing together in times of need.
