Today, August 10th, is the Night of San Lorenzo.
On this night everyone, at least once in their life, found themselves looking for a shooting star and admiring the celestial vault, trying to find some well-known constellations or the North Star.
Today we use applications that can be easily downloaded to our smartphone to simplify this spectacular search.
In 1947 the invention patented by Harold Curtis was used: the "star finder" a device capable of indicating the position of celestial bodies in the sky.
