Partner, Ing., Italian and European Patent Attorney entitled to act before the Unified Patent Court, Professional Representative in Community Design matters before the EUIPO. Enrolled in the "Association of Professional Engineers of the Province of Brescia". Alessandro graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Brescia University; he obtained a Master’s Degree in Mechanics in 2009, with a specialization in motor vehicles. Since 2014, Alessandro is part of the “Association of Professional Engineers of the Province of Brescia”; from 2014 to 2018 he also works as Commissioner in the Industrial Commission of said Association. From 2019 to 2022 Alessandro has cooperated with the “Gruppo valorizzazione della professione” of the “Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute”. Since 2011, Alessandro has been teaching Intellectual Property courses at the post-graduate level at the University of Brescia and at Engineers at the “Association of Professional Engineers of the province of Brescia”, as well as at the Companies he works with.

Work experience
Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2009, Alessandro worked in the Homologation Department at Maserati S.p.A., Modena (Italy), where he focused on automotive homologation and emissions analysis, with particular attention to the transition from Euro-5 to Euro-6 regulations.
Professional focus
Alessandro has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting European and Italian patent applications, with a particular focus on engineering subject matter, especially in the mechanical field, preferring Automotive field.
Based in Brescia and in Bologna, Alessandro works for clients located mainly in central and northern Italy. Alessandro represents clients ranging from universities and highly specialized local companies to multi-national corporations.

Alessandro’s primary professional activity involves engineering matters with a particular focus on various mechanical areas, preferring the Automotive field.
