Work experience
Lisa worked as a trademark attorney at Finpatent IP firm in Venice from 2003 to 2008. She joined Jacobacci in 2008 where she represents and advises Italian and foreign clients on all trademarks-related matter.

Lisa has a broad range of experience in trademark clearance and pre-filing advice, filing, prosecution, maintenance of trademarks,  change in ownership of trademarks, both before the Italian and the European Trademark Office (EUIPO); handling oppositions before the UIBM and EUIPO; negotiating out of court settlement and coexistence agreements. She has an extensive practice in handling filing, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks abroad, cooperating with local attorneys at law, and she has acquired a deep experience of legal and practical issues relating to trademark enforcement throughout the world and, particularly, in Russian Federation, Turkey and Asian countries.
