Work experience

Simone has been with Jacobacci & Partners since 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a biomedical engineer in the medical device sector, focusing on research and development of medical devices and systems, including product development and regulatory compliance activities. He also gained experience in applied research in magnetic resonance imaging for medical applications, in particular in the development and optimisation of imaging sequence algorithms.

Professional focus
Simone is involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as in conducting patent searches, freedom-to-operate analyses and patentability assessments. He also handles the filing and prosecution of design applications at national, European and international level.
