Registration of community designs

In a landmark decision (T-579/19) the tribunal of the EU clarified that an application for the registration of a community design may benefit of the priority from a previous PCT application within a 12 months term, as this would be consistent with the provisions of the Paris Convention read in the light of the preparatory material.
