The topics covered will include, in particular: - the main types of infringement of industrial property rights (trademarks, patents and designs). - tools for market monitoring - the Unified Patent Court (UPC). - national courts specialized in IP litigation key enforcement and defense measures and the strategies available in both preliminary and proceedings on the merits, such as description, seizure, injunction, withdrawal from the market, damages, negative declaratory actions and nullity actions. - customs surveillance and criminal enforcement. These themes will be addressed from a practical perspective with real-life examples and case studies.
